See below for details on how to book your room, how to let us know who you’re rooming with, and how to make future payments.
Book Your Room:
Select room: Select room type plus room occupancy (single, double, triple) for either 3 nights or 4 nights.
Provide contact information: Complete the room proposal form with your contact information and your roommate's information (if applicable). If you are unsure of your roommate, please type 'NA' for now. There will be an option to provide your roommate at a later date. The deadline for a confirmed roommate is Friday, June 14, 2024.
Select preferred bedding type:
If you are booking a double occupancy room, please select whether you would prefer One king-size bed or Two double beds. Although we cannot guarantee any bedding type we will do our best to accommodate your request. Please Note: To be considered for two double beds, you and your roommate must complete the deposit on Friday, April 5, 2024 as early as possible.
There will be a limited number of rooms with two double beds for Double/Triple Occupancy rooms.
All single occupancy rooms will have one king-size bed
All triple occupancy rooms will have two double beds
Select your arrival/departure dates:
No need to select dates if you’re booking a room for 4 nights
For 3 nights, there will be a dropdown box where you can indicate if you will be staying:
Thursday - Sunday OR
Friday - Monday
Please list any special requests or accommodations that you would like for us to consider.

Press "Submit".
Pay your deposit: Click "Pay Now" next to the first payment in the payment schedule. Please note that the entire $200 deposit must be completed to reserve the hotel room.
There will be a popup with the option to pay your deposit via PayPal. You can either sign in to your PayPal account or checkout as a guest.
Complete the payment via PayPal.
Check your email:
Once you complete the proposal form (Steps 2-6), you will receive a "Welcome to Black Excellence Wellness Weekend 2025". This email will include more information on how to make future payments and stay connected with us before the trip.
After your payment has been submitted, you'll receive a deposit confirmation email. Your room is officially reserved at this time.
Please be sure to review and become familiar with our cancellation policy on the website.
Book your roommate: Because the room packages are priced per person, we need an individual invoice for each trip attendee. Therefore, we ask that each person reserves their spot separately, even if you plan to room with someone. Please direct your roommate to the Black Excellence Wellness Weekend website, where they can complete the same steps you did to reserve their spot and pay the deposit. (You can also do it for them, if you'd like.) Your roommate(s) must all select the same room types and number of nights to ensure that your room is booked properly.
Please Note: If you are making a deposit for someone else and entered the same email address that you used to book your own room, it will change the name on the invoice to your name. Our system doesn't allow for different names to be attached to the same email address. This is completely fine. As long as we have both names, each person will be able to attend no matter how you chose to book and pay.
make future payments:
Future payments must be made via the invoice in your email. Please check your email for previous emails we’ve sent to find your invoice. You will have a link to it in the “Welcome to Black Excellence Wellness Weekend 2025” email and every payment confirmation email that we send, including the Deposit Payment Confirmation. There are 2 different options for making future payments.
Option A: Follow the set payment schedule by clicking "Pay Now" on each line of the invoice by the designated due date of each payment.
Option B: Enter in a custom amount that you'd like to pay (at the bottom of the invoice). Feel free to make as many payments as you'd like before the final due date or even make a one-time payment to pay your invoice in full. Keep in mind, you will still need to adhere to the payment schedule to ensure you have at least paid the amount owed by each due date.
