It’s finally happening Team! We wish to cordially invite everyone to the inaugural
Black Excellence Wellness Weekend 2025!
Please save the dates: January 16 – January 20, 2025. Due to extremely popular demand, the group is traveling back to the luxurious destination of Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. The host hotel will be Breathless Cabo San Lucas Resort & Spa, which is pound-for-pound the best resort of all time. The location, the views, the relaxation and the vibes will be everything!
This is the first ever wellness weekend and we are excited to bring forth this new experience. Travel is self-care and this weekend will be focused on increasing the quality of life through wellness. Also, the event will be community-led with group members facilitating workshops and creating dialogue in a thoughtful, yet engaging manner. We even plan to have several virtual sessions before the trip as well. Maybe even start a book club for those interested.
Regarding the actual event, each morning there will be meditation, yoga and a physical activity to start the day in positive spirits. Later in the day, we plan to host small group breakout sessions which will center around the main pillars of health: Mental, Physical, Spiritual, Emotional and Financial. The session topics include: the importance of therapy, building wealth, the journey of entrepreneurship, relationship conversations, Sunday service and much more.
But it’s important to note: this wellness weekend is not considered a “retreat.” There will be plenty of time scheduled in the daily itinerary for fun in the sun. Each afternoon is reserved for “pool time,” and at night, we plan to experience the nightlife of downtown Cabo San Lucas. Our group is standing on business during the day and then standing on couches in the evening. Also, we are excited to host the boat party where the theme will be “champagne showers.” A great time will be had!
Lastly, this trip is being offered as a compliment to the annual Black Excellence Beach Weekend experience. The latter is still happening each summer but wellness weekend will be a smaller, more intimate vibe. A luxury vacation offered for group members to escape the cold during the winter months. So while the goal of BEBW is to celebrate life, the purpose of BEWW is to relax, enjoy the spa and uplift spirits in positive fashion.

For 10 new people, you will receive $600 off your hotel reservation
For 15 new people, you will receive $900 off your hotel reservation
Please note: a new person is defined as someone who has never attended BEBW in the past. And this credit can only be applied to individuals who have previously traveled with our group (not applicable for first timers).
