It’s official Team! Black Excellence Beach Weekend 2025 is going down!
Please save the dates: June 26 – 30, 2025. For the first time ever, the group is traveling to South America and visiting the beautiful country of Colombia! The host hotel will be Dreams Karibana Cartagena Golf & Spa Resort which is located just outside of Cartagena. It’s an all-inclusive resort (unlimited food and alcohol) and this will be an adults-only event.
Also, we are super excited to announce that this trip is a BEBW takeover. For the first time ever, our group is completely buying out the resort. Let's gooo!!! A buyout means that the hotel is only reserved for our group that weekend. That's right, every single room and every single person will be with BEBW. Can't wait for the good times ahead!
This is the 7th Annual Black Excellence Beach Weekend and the celebration will be legendary. Most recently, the group traveled to Costa Rica where 570+ people attended the trip. 570 PEOPLE! #BEBW2024 was one of the best vacations of all time and with so much positive momentum, we know Colombia will be an amazing experience!
Everybody is invited to attend this epic event. One of the best parts is that the trip is multi-generational. We have people from all ages (18+), so nobody is too young/too old to travel with our group. The trips are like one big family reunion. Also, people fly from all over the country to participate in this dope travel experience. In the past, the cities with the most attendees have been: St. Louis, Chicago, Indianapolis, Atlanta, Jacksonville, Detroit, Houston, New York City, Omaha and the DMV area.
Lastly, we are excited to announce a new event for BEBW 2025. Next summer, we will be hosting the inaugural BEBW Golf Tournament. The hotel is actually considered a "golf resort" as it's attached to a 18-hole course. The course is spectacular and designed by golf legend, Jack Nicklaus. Super excited to execute the vision for the first ever BEBW Golf Tournament which will include a grand prize for the winner. And the Boat Party is making a return next summer and we can't wait to bring back such an epic event.

Referral Program
For five new people you bring on the trip, you will receive $300 off your hotel reservation
For 10 new people, you will receive $600 off your hotel reservation
For 15 new people, you will receive $900 off your hotel reservation
Please note: a new person is defined as someone who has never attended BEBW in the past. And this credit can only be applied to individuals who have previously traveled with our group (not applicable for first timers).
