It’s official Team! Black Excellence Beach Weekend 2024 is going down!
Please save the dates: June 27 – July 1, 2024. For the first time ever, the group is traveling to Central America and visiting the beautiful country of Costa Rica! The host hotel will be Dreams Las Mareas Resort & Spa which is located in Playa El Jobo (Guanacaste Province). It’s an all-inclusive resort (unlimited food and alcohol) and this will be an adults-only event. We are super excited for the good times ahead!
This is the 6th Annual Black Excellence Beach Weekend and Ashley’s 35th birthday party. The celebration will be legendary as the trips get bigger and better each year. Most recently, the group traveled to Cancun, Mexico where 600+ people attended the trip. 600 PEOPLE! #BEBW2023 was one of the best vacations of all time and with all the positive momentum, we know Costa Rica will be an amazing experience!
Everybody is invited to attend this epic event. One of the best parts is that the trip is multi-generational. We have people from all ages (18+), so nobody is too young/too old to travel with our group. The trips are like one big family reunion. Also, people fly from all over the country to participate in this dope travel experience. In the past, the cities with the most attendees have been: St. Louis, Chicago, Indianapolis, Atlanta, Jacksonville, Detroit, Houston, New York City, Omaha and the DMV area.
Lastly, we are excited to announce several new events for BEBW 2024. Next summer, we will be hosting the inaugural BEBW Gala. The wedding went so well in Cancun that group members have asked for a “semi-formal” event going forward. Super excited to execute the vision for the first ever BEBW Gala. Also, the goal is to add several more “wellness” activities with a focus on spiritual health, mental health, physical health and financial health.

Deposit: $200 per person
Please note that per the cancellation policy, the deposit is non-refundable.
Room packages begin at:
$900/person for 3 nights (double occupancy)
$1,100/person for 4 nights (double occupancy)
*Additional payments will be due January 5th, March 1st, and May 3rd of 2024
Each Room Package includes:
5 days, 4 nights or 4 days, 3 nights accommodation
All activities listed on the itinerary except the excursions, which are optional
Admission to the group’s private events including: Meet & Greet Mixer, “Welcome to Costa Rica” Party,” BEBW Pool Party, Sunset Kickback, Financial Seminar, BEBW Beach Day Party, Cigar Social, Karaoke Night, Sunday Service and the inaugural BEBW Gala

Referral Program
For five new people you bring on the trip, you will receive $200 off your hotel reservation
For 10 new people, you will receive $400 off your hotel reservation
For 15 new people, you will receive $600 off your hotel reservation
Please note: a new person is defined as someone who has never attended BEBW in the past. And this credit can only be applied to individuals who have previously traveled with our group (not applicable for first timers).
